Berg Product takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Every single customer eventually becomes an ambassador for both our products and our service!
No matter how well we manufacture our products, after a period of time all our machines require servicing and maintenance. You know as well as we do that a good maintenance schedule increases the working life of equipment and machinery.
In order to provide both you and our dealers with extra support, Berg Product is introducing the "Berg Service Alert" from this summer.
BSA means that you can expect an email from us periodically containing a link that takes you to lots of tips and recommendations for maintaining the Berg Product equipment that you own and operate.
We will include pictures and images as much as possible so that the information is easy to understand and apply.
If as a result of these tips and recommendations you discover maintenance work that you are unable or unwilling to carry out, please refer to our extensive dealer network for assistance. The dealers receive training from us on a regular basis and therefore have all the necessary knowledge, experience and access to the original spare parts in order to help you out quickly and efficiently.
